Registration Fees


Those who wish to present more than 1 paper need to pay extra RM 300 (local participants) or USD 80 (international participants) per paper

1 Full registration is for the participant who wish to attend the conference at the venue.
2 E-Poster participants shall NOT present on the conference days. On-site presence requires the participant to pay the fee difference matching the normal full registration rate according to the respective participation type.
3 Only Ringgit Malaysia is accepted for the on-site payment.

1. Conference Pack
2. Two days conference access to keynote, plenary and all technical sessions.
3. Lunch and coffee breaks on Dec 11-12, 2018.
4. Publication in the special issue of AIP Conference Proceedings published by American Institute of Physics. (SCOPUS Indexed)
5. *Opportunity for publication in Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering by Elsevier. (SCOPUS Indexed)


E-Poster Registration
inclusive the following:
1. Programme & abstract books, certificate (all PDF copy)
2. E-Posters will be available for browsing at designated PC workstation at the conference venue from Dec 11-12, 2018.
3. E-Posters will be accessible to public via ICENV2018 website after the conference ended.
4. Publication in the special issue of AIP Conference Proceedings published by American Institute of Physics. (SCOPUS Indexed)
5. *Opportunity for publication in Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering by Elsevier. (SCOPUS Indexed)


Listener Registration
inclusive the following:
1. Conference Pack
2. Two days conference access to keynote, plenary and all technical sessions.

* Selected papers will be forwarded for the consideration to be published in the respective SCOPUS Indexed journals. Accepted papers will not be included in the special issue of AIP Conference Proceedings published by American Institute of Physics.
