Abstract Preparation

The extended abstract must use the following template: ICENV2026_Abstract_Template.docx

The abstract must be submitted online to the EZConf System. 

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the appointed ICENV2026 reviewers. The abstracts will be evaluated based on their scientific quality and relevance to the scope of the conference. 

The decision will be made by the appointed scientific committee as to whether the abstract is accepted for participation in ICENV2026 and for publication in the Book of Abstracts. Abstracts that do not adhere to the specified format or lack scientific contribution may be rejected and will not be allowed for presentation at ICENV2026. 

A notification email will be sent to the authors once a decision has been made on the submitted abstract. Authors of the accepted abstracts may join ICENV2026 by paying the registration fee via the EZConf system.
