Full Paper Preparation

All registered presenters are invited to submit full papers to the ICENV 2026 Conference Proceedings and Special Issues Journal indexed in Scopus and ISI.

The accepted full paper includes the following:

• Original article
• Review article
• Case studies
• Commentary/perspective/opinion

The full paper must be submitted using the following template: ICENV2026_FullPaper_Template.docx

The full paper topic is not limited to the scope of the conference.

The selected full papers will be invited to submit their full paper to either a indexed proceeding or a Special Issue Journal, subject to the reviewer and editor's decision. 

The time taken for a decision on the submitted paper is subject to the publisher's process.

The submitted full paper will undergo a plagiarism check to ensure the originality of the reported work.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted materials and should provide evidence of such permissions.

Full paper that does not meet the following will be rejected:

• Not adhering to the full paper template
• Not original (based on plagiarism checker)
• Not written in English or poor English language.
• Not providing permission/clearance letters to use any copyrighted materials
