Purpose of training:
This course is designed for those who want to gain knowledge on GC basic maintenance and systematic approach to isolate and troubleshoot common GC problems.
Outline:
- Basic GC mainframe
- GC flow system
- Carrier and detector gases
- Inlet systems
- Column troubleshooting and maintenance
- Automatic liquid sampler (ALS)
- Detector troubleshooting and maintenance
- Data system
Prerequisites:
Basic understanding of fundamentals and a working knowledge of GC. Knowledge of Windows XP or Windows 7.
