Team Building 2025: Together We Build Tomorrow’s Leaders

Students took part enthusiastically in a full day of outdoor and team-based activities such as A-Frame Challenge, Kembara Halangan, Tong Bocor, Menara Tinggi, Treasure Hunt, and Capture the Flag. These activities were designed to encourage collaboration, improve networking, and build self-confidence, particularly among students who tend to be more reserved in class.

Throughout the day, students were seen working hand-in-hand, strategizing, motivating one another, and stepping out of their comfort zones. By the end of the programme, many shared that they not only enjoyed the experience but also gained new friends and learned to communicate more effectively within a team setting.

A post-event survey revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants. The majority agreed that the programme helped them improve their communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, while also boosting motivation and participation in school activities. Many also expressed appreciation for the facilitators’ guidance and hoped for similar events in the future.
Prof. Dr. Suzylawati and the organising committee expressed their gratitude to all facilitators, consultants, and staff members who contributed to the event’s success. “It’s wonderful to see our students learning, bonding, and growing beyond the classroom. This is how future leaders are built through shared challenges and teamwork,” she remarked during the closing session.
The Team Building 2025 programme not only met its objectives but also marked a meaningful step toward nurturing well-rounded engineering students equipped with both technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
