17 April 2026 – In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Engineering Campus, the School of Chemical Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) organised a lively campus senamrobic session on Friday morning, bringing together students, staff, and members of the surrounding community in a shared commitment to health and well-being.

March 2026 – Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) continues to strengthen its global academic standing as Chemical Engineering emerges as one of the subjects that has advanced into the 150–200 band worldwide in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026.

1 April 2026 – The School of Chemical Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) successfully organised a student development programme entitled “University Transition and Transformation: Navigating Your Path to Excellence” on 1 April 2026, held at the Lecture Hall 6, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Engineering Campus. The session, commences at 2.15 pm was coordinated by Dr. Nur Syuhada’ Mohamad Ali.

9 April 2026 - The School of Chemical Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) recently hosted a strategic engagement with the Malaysian Rubber Council (MRC) to discuss talent development and expanded scholarship opportunities for the university’s undergraduate students.
